We are open for in-person services!

CDC Guidelines Update for Sunday, October 31, 2021

Hey Broadway Family and Friends:
On Tuesday, October 28th, the Elders met and after prayerful consideration, we have decided to update our Mask Requirements for all in-person activities on BCC’s campus. We have been monitoring new cases, positivity rates, and the availability of vaccines.  Due to the drop in positivity transmission rate in Fayette County, the Elders have decided to update our mask protocols effective immediately beginning this Sunday, October 31st.
Below is a brief listing of what to expect when you arrive on our campus for services:
1.   “Masks are Recommended but not Required.” We do, however, strongly recommend wearing a mask or face covering to those who are over the age of 65, underlying respiratory or heart conditions, or immunocompromised, regardless of vaccination status.
2.  We DO REQUIRE masks for all children/students in our Children’s Ministry area ages 5-12.  Children under the age of 4 are not required to wear masks.  All volunteers, leaders, parents, and teachers serving in the Children’s Ministry Program will be REQUIRED to wear a mask.  We will continue to follow protocols to provide students with their own separate supplies, pens/pencils, crayons, etc.
3. Increased touchless hand sanitization stations will remain available at Entrances, Lobbies, and Restrooms.
5. Worship Services and Sunday School Classes will remain at 100% capacity. All entrances and doors will be unlocked by 8:30 a.m. for your convenience.
6. Coffee, Donuts, and Welcome Center areas will remain fully functional. Water fountains will remain CLOSED, but water bottles and water stations are provided throughout the building.
7. Individually packaged Communion will be available for pickup on tables as you enter for Worship Services.
8. Offering will be collected online, mail-in gifts, Giving Stations on campus, or envelopes/checks dropped in giving boxes located in each service.
9. We will continue to offer online streaming services for those who wish to stay at home or unable to attend in-person.
Our greatest concern is the safety and protection of those who call Broadway home and our guests while on our campus. We are implementing this protocol so that we can remain open and continue to enjoy the rich fellowship and worship together as a body of believers. Please JOIN US as we continue to LOVE JESUS PASSIONATELY, LOVE EVERYONE UNCONDITIONALLY, and MAKE DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES! We love you Broadway! #staysafe #staystrong
